Q-2 visas

Walsh Program Participants: Named after Congressman James Walsh, the Irish Peace Process Cultural and Training Program Act established the Q2 visa classification, which allows up to 4,000 residents (between the ages of 18 ­ 35) of Northern Ireland, and the Louch, Monaghan, Cavan, Leitrum, Sligo, and Donegal counties of the Republic of Ireland to be sponsored for up to 36 months in the United States in training and employment programs.
